We welcome the experienced Steve Younger for our first meeting of the season on Thursday 23 Sept. His talk ‘Exotic fishing and travelling adventures’ is one not to be missed.
The talk will be based on Steve’s exotic fishing & travelling adventures, fishing in places as diverse as the North Norfolk coast to South East Asia, for species such as pike, sharks, snakeheads, tiger fish, sailfish etc. Steve runs Specialist Angling Supplies ( www.sas-tackle.com ), is an angling guide for all types of fishing home and abroad and is also the author of Fenland Zander.

These meetings will be held at The Red Lion pub, Eynsham OX29 4HW, starting at 7.30pm so please put these dates in your diary and support these as they are key to the group developing.
£3 PAC members and £4 non PAC members - on the door.

Posters will be posted to all regional tackle shops, I would be grateful if you can check that these are being displayed.

Regional News
I plan to have a couple of trophies this season, maybe one for biggest river pike and one for biggest still water pike but we can discuss this at the first meeting on Thurs 23 Sept. As well as this maybe we can a fish-in or two, a curry night and a quiz night.

Catch Reports
If you want to share your catches with your fellow regional members then let me know and send in any photos so we can have a regional gallery.

Finally, please let me know of anyone you wanted added to the distribution list. I still need emails addresses for a number of PAC members living in the region.
