November 2013 Update

Our next meeting takes place next Thursday (28th Nov) and we have a great guest speaker in Dr Paul Garner. The first part of Paul’s talk will be about his experiences of reservoir pike and zander fishing over the last few years (Paul has caught a 31lb 12 oz pike from our local Farmoor Reservoir which is now currently open for pike fishing). After our usual break and raffle part 2 of the talk is about Paul’s zander fishing in the UK and in Europe, and about his recent perch fishing on the ressies. Meeting takes places at the usual venue, Boardroom at Oxford City FC and starts at 7.30pm. £3 PAC members, £5 non PAC members.

If you have any 2nd hand tackle that you wish to sell then please bring it along as we will now start to run a 2nd hand table at every meeting. Please put a tag or sticker on each item with your name and price wanted.

Charity Pike Match – Sunday 02 Feb 14
This is being held in conjunction with Linear Fisheries and is in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association. This is limited to 40 anglers. £10 per angler for two rods. Refreshment van and raffle.
